If the buyer claims to have not received merchandise or filed unauthorized transaction, you must provide online tracking to be eligible for protection.
If buyer claims Significantly Not As Described (SNAD), you're not covered and typically required to accept return for a refund unless PayPal deems the reason for buyer's claim buyer's remorse or regarding warranty which are not eligible for SNAD claims.
