I’ve Sold an item which I didn’t know was fake to someone, I don’t tend to do refunds and I never said the product was authentic. Do I have to?

Hello @David1611,
If the buyer files a dispute, PayPal is most likely going to side in their favor. I would recommend accepting a return and processing a refund.
Good luck,
