Fake claim by buyer

I believe the buyer has made a false claim … after messaging them they have blocked me… they are trying to get a refund and keep item by saying that they haven’t received it … I have uploaded proof of shipping documents … can someone plz help me

This happens all the time to us.  In our experience as long as you can prove that you posted it by sending tracking details PayPal won't entertain it.
