F&F Payment, no tracking number. Claims unauthroized transaction. Filed a chargeback, wants tracking

I sold a MacBook, took payment through PayPal friends and family, and shipped it to him, but never got a tracking number (cheapest option I figured).

Then, he filed an "unauthorized transaction" case. I won the case, and figured that would be that. Since he AUTHORIZED IT. But now he's filed a charge back with his bank, and PayPal wants a tracking number from me for the dispute.

But... it's not a Goods and Services transaction. Why would I need to provide that for a F&F payment? Should I message PayPal? Or just put it as a service and say that the service I provide is "shipping him the laptop in return for money, but without a tracking number?"
