I’ve long since fulfilled my initial obligations to eBay and PayPal as far as being a good seller goes; three or four months of holds on every dime. Now that it should be kosher and no holds should be applied, they KEEP BEING APPLIED, and now I have 1,500 dollars floating around somewhere that doesn’t help my kids!! Why are they still holding my funds, and why won’t they release it to me even after the items have been faithfully delivered for weeks?? HOW IS PAYPAL HELPING ME AT ALL?!
