Hello does paypal have escrow please as someone wants buy an item and they say they have transferred the money but received an email saying it held in an escrow account until proof of delivery
Always go to the PayPal website directly (don't click links in emails) and log in to check if you have any notices or transactions in your account. If you're not seeing transactions then you didn't receive any funds.
