Hi Everyone,
One of my customer started a dispute (Item not received) and PayPal decided on his favor(Order sent via non tracked mail)! I continued to follow up with the customer and after few emails he CONFIRMED that he RECEIVED the order and I asked him to cancel the dispute he accepted but he just didn't! I asked him again if the case is closed and he cannot close it then he sent me the payment again! He just refused-insluted me-told me to never contact him again!
What should I do in such situation and will PayPal accept the email conversation as an evidence?
