I SOLD AN ITEM ON EBAY, PURCHASED SHIPPING LABALS ON EBAY, SHIPPED ITEM, 3 MONTHS LATER BUYER DISPUTES PURCHASE WITH HIS BANK, PAYPAL MANAGER I SPOKE TO TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY THEY HAD THE TRANSACTION INFO FROM EBAY AND I WOULD BE COVERED BY SELLERS PROTECTION PLAN, NOW MONTHS HAVE GONE BY AND PAYPAL SIDED WITH THE BUYERS BANK AND ARE CHARGING BACK THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. I DON'T HAVE THE ITEM I SOLD NOR THE MONEY. HOW DO THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO SCAM SELLERS IN THIS WAY? HOW DO THEY SAY YOU ARE COVERED EITHER WAY WITH THE SELLERS PROTECTION PLAN YET MINUS YOUR ACCOUNT? I WILL NEVER SELL ON EBAY AGAIN. I DID A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THE BUYERS. THEIR PHYSICAL ADDRESS IS THE ADDRESS I MAIL THE ITEM TO. THE FATHER HAS THE EBAY ACCOUNT THE DAUGHTER PURCHASED THE ITEM WITH HER EMAIL ADDRESS. I SENT AN EMAIL ABOUT THE DISPUTE AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING. EBAY WILL NOT HELP, AND NOW BECAUSE OT THE CHINAFLU NO ONE IS WORKING AT PAYPAL?? WHAT A BUNCH OF BS.
