I sold an item on Ebay and in my Paypal the transaction appeared as Seller protection Eligible.
Sent the item with tracking but it was not received in 60 days (stuck in Chicago) so I refunded the buyer.
Can I use seller protection in this case to cover my loss?
Thank you!

Sadly not, that is for you to claim from any insurance you took out with the shipping agent when you sent the item.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
