Dispute

Hi..I sold some trainers on eBay on 1st feb. Sent them, but I must have thrown the receipt away due to me selling my house. 14th April I received an email from PayPal saying the person did not authorize the payment and requesting a refund. I sent all the screenshots of the proof from eBay to PayPal. I had even sent the woman good feedback on ebay!! But because I have no proof of postage, PayPal have taken the money back as well as an extra £14 charge! I’m not happy!! I spoke to eBay, they said they can’t do anything. Is there anything I can do? Or do I just have to cut my losses?! Thanks!
