Currently got a dispute going on over sales on eBay, I’ve contacted the buyer of my item and she’s said that she has contacted PayPal to close the dispute as she collected the item but she said because I’ve added inaccurate postage information they won’t close the case until the 13th of May so I won’t receive my money till then. I would just like to know if anyone knows how true this is? The inaccurate postage information is because I was meant to use the eBay shutl service but instead she collected. I’ve offered a full refund for postage but had no reply
