I sold a tracksuit on depop and the buyer asked for a refund. The refund was issued and I was meant to receive the item back. It has been more than 3 months since I received the item back and PayPal are not showing the activity in my transaction history. I have called PayPal multiple times and have not been attended to and messaged numerous times, since then I have not been contacted regarding this dispute The case says it has been closed but it has not. I have not received my item back
