Hi guys i got dispute from my buyers and now i have negative balance in my account. I disagree with this dispute. How do i solve this problem? Please help me

Please go to the Resolution Center to view and respond to the disputes. Click HELP at the top menu and click Resolution Center on the right side of the search bar.

If its been escalated to a claim then you can only respond if paypal requests more information.
