Dispute reopened after closing in my favour.

In December, I sold something on ebay, and sent it with tracking.

It got delivered, then a couple of days later they open a case on ebay as item not received, saying that "Luckily it went missing after delivery'.

Case closes in my favour because losing something *after* delivery isn't my problem. (seems like a badly managed scam, and ebay agree).

I warn PayPal that this person might try scamming me through PayPal, get told it won't be allowed... But...

The beginning of this month, they open a case on here for the same reason.

Dispute closed in my favour.

Today the dispute has been reopened, because they've "filed a case with their financial institution" as item not received.

How on earth am I going to get rid of this scammer? My account is in negative now, and I don't have the cash to cover it at the moment, and in the case details it gives an estimated resolution date of the 10th of April

It just seems so ridiculous that this scammer is being allowed to do all this.
