I recently was victim to a buyer who intentionally bought something then filed claim so I can not cancel eBay auction and he gets to leave negative feedback. I buy many items at full retail price, mostly limited or exclusive items and resell for profit and the buyer does not think it is right. The problem is, the buyer of my item I sold on eBay is the RETAILER who I purchased from originally and now he is determined to harm my perfect eBay feedback because he does not want anybody reselling his items. I must mention that his e-commerce site says nothing about reselling or anything of the sort. I am happy to refund his money but filing a claim with Paypal makes it impossible to cancel sale on eBay so I am left to receive negative feedback when the buyers sole intention was to harm my reputation. What do I do?
