Dispute on PayPal

Hi, I'm a seller on PayPal. One of my customer claim my product as defect and damage. I have all the communication trough out our chat before sending the product. Know my customer want a refund at almost 89% of the product price without returning my product. I have offered him a full refund as long as he return the product as he claimed deffect and damage. So from the explanation mentioned its clear, no matter what my customer claimed he cannot own my product for 11% of his payment. Obviously its a big loss to me as a seller. Any solution? This is my very first time having a dispute on PayPal. I have never had such case ever.
