Dispute/cancelled/buyerfury

Someone put in a dispute against me as she ‘changed her mind’🙄 after some messages she has cancelled the dispute. The money I thought was in holding but the status says payment status cancelled and it says there’s ‘no Postal address on this file’ It came through fine when she originally purchased the item in question! Does anyone know what is happening? Will I get my money? Do I meed yo message her separately? Please any help/info about appreciated as it was a lot of money. Thanks, Anthea

That's odd. Contact customer service to review the transaction and the dispute.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
