Dispute Resolution

Since PayPal have decided the best course of action / resolution to a return and refund request is for the buyer to return the item (even though they are genuine authentic products that the buyer is stating are fake). Where do I stand if I am not happy with the condition of my sold items upon return?

You can appeal of course but not sure what the outcome would be.

Its always one persons word against anothers and paypal as they never see the actual item have to make a judgement call.

 

Personally i would just refund and move on, you always get the odd pain in the butt buyer.
