Dispute Help

Hi!

 

First time posting. I'm very frustrated. I did freelance services for a company, they filed a dispute saying they never received 'item' - I sent PayPal documentations (emails/screenshots) documenting that the client not only received the service, but complimented me!  i sent all the information uploaded to my case file BEFORE the due date (a week before).....I thought I was good to go. Until I received an email from PayPal stating 'I didn't respond in time' 

 

They have closed my case. I **bleep**. I did nothing wrong, provided services as asked - and because of some PayPal glitch, they closed the case. Any advice? I have documentation proving i provided the service, as I've stated.

Go get the case reopened/appealed call in, go to the message center, try paypal facebook, or paypal twitter get a hold of a rep and give them the documents/information.
