PayPal issued a refund to a client who donated $25 to Money Pool I created for my grandson. Client couldn't remember the amount and then OK'd with me. PayPal then charged me $20 for dispute so now I'm supposed to pay them back $45? I need to talk to someone but can't get a phone number and none of the topics in Dispute Resolution take me anywhere. Please advise.
