Digital download purchase,...??

if is sell a product  and it is a digital download,  will paypal honor the buyer's request for a refund for any reason?

That would depend on type of dispute that they opened OR if they opened an unauthorised dispute or a chargeback.

However if they won that dispute you would have no paypal seller protection, you can sell items and accept paypal but its at your own risk unfortunately.
