Hi, I have a question about paypal disputes and claims. I am a new seller and have tried to sell a Virtual item and a payment was sent but was placed on hold. I have given the buyer the item even if the payment was still held. On the 48th hour were the buyer should have confirmed that he did receive the item, he decided to file a dispute that he did not receive it. We were able to retrieve the item and so the buyer and i came to an agreement using (discord app) that we should just move on. Days had passed and he escalated the dispute to a claim. The question is, If i do not respond to this case and the case closes on buyer's favor, Am i liable for a fee?, will they take money from my balance or the held payment will just be refunded?
