Hi good day,
I recently launched my online Shopify store. I am based in Trinidad & Tobago and my first customer who tried purchasing an item is from the US but was unable to complete the transaction with an error message of "This transaction cannot be completed because it violates the PayPal User Agreement." With error code 13122.
I had no problems setting up my payment options with paypal through shopify and up to now I have not received any messages from paypal about this person trying to make a payment. Anyone had this same problem?
