Hi
Hoping someone can help, I have a customer who I sent a Paypal invoice to, which they duly paid, however they were notified by their bank that the payment had been declined (it hadn't) and have paid the invoice again, just by using my email address. I need to refund the customer for one of the transactions, but the fees are nearly £40 each. Is there anyway I can refund my customer so neither of us lose out?
