Customer Chargeback

Hi, a customer charged for a refund when they had received their item and just wanted to scam, I don't want to refund because I have sent him all the evidence. I have waited for my case to be solved for over half a month, no messages or help. Case id:PP-D-2"762"6"
Please solve it as soon as possible, my funds are unusable and I can not continue with my business. Can anyone help with this issue?

Please contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

 

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

Not sure how we could possibly know the answer to that one.

If you don't want to call them click on help/contact bottom of paypal pages for options available for your country.
