Hello. I am a UK small business seller on ebay. I sold a high value lot to a reseller in US. She complained about the items via ebay. I offered a partial refund. She did not respond. I later offered her a full refund and sent her postage costs to return the items. She failed to respond or return the items. Ebay closed the case. She has now put in a credut card chargeback via paypal. Paypal have advised me there is little they can do and the credit card company will probably win. She is not obliged to return the items. All she has to do is make them available for pick up. I have tried to arrange pick up but again no response. Paypal offer no protection for this type of fraud. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance .
