Provided refund to dissatisfied customer before receiving merchandise back. After repeated emails, no action on buyer's part. Had to file police report and have police step in. Buyer makes empty promises to police as well. At this point, with a valid police report, can I call my credit card company and have the refund reversed from PayPal back to me? Heard PayPal would cancel my account, but not sure if anyone has had that experience or knows. Would like to resolve this before taking the buyer to the next step of having an arrest made.
