Seller using on advertising link the watch which is not belong to them. It's looks like Samsung Gear S3. To my opinion it is prohibited Counterfeited fake watches. So, in reality they send it completely different to compare what they advised. After that, the seller does not want to procedure for return and refund. They offer you a particial refund, because to return watch back to the seller is so expensive and is not worth it. I think PayPal should take an action and repot that seller to Customers Services department of fraud claims.
