I bought a vehicle online. Seller said they were fine taking half the money with paypal and the other half when vehicle is delivered. I sent a good amount of money and the seller wants me to click Confirm Receipt without me getting the vehicle. Am i at risk of losing my money if i do confirm? I don't want to get scammed. Please help
