Closing a Dispute

A customer of mine opened a dispute as she didn't believe that an item she purchased from me was on its way. My website states items can take up to 60 days to arrive. The dispute was opened on Tuesday, 7 days after she purchased the item and today the item in question shows as being delivered by Yodel. How can I now have that dispute closed? Should I phone PayPal and speak with someone or hope that the customer closes it? because currently my balance is in the negative because of this. Thanks
