Warning, if you ever consider doing business with PayPal, don't.
We were asked to verify our account, send in all our documentation.
Then nothing...
Then we were asked to re-verify our account and we sent in all the info again, this time it just said 'we have all the info' and our account was in limbo.
Now it's asking us to resubmit our documentation . . again.
We want to close the account, they won't close it.
We want to change the email address to prevent customers accidentally sending money to paypal, they won't let us.
We want to b lock customers from being able to send money to paypal, they won't let us
The reason they won't let us close the account? $0.00 balance for > 5 months, no transactions, no disputes is because we haven't verified it.
They won't accept the information we sent to verify the account, they won't close the account until we verify it, but then again, who knows, our data is being held hostage.
I would seriously reconsider the risks of doing business with a company who won't even let you close a account or prevent you from having people accidentally send money to paypal if you don't want to deal with them anymore.
