Hi all,
I have sent a package with DHL, but DHL lost my package and the buyer raised a claim. After one month, DHL found the package and delivered the package as the buyer confirmed also that he received the package. Unfortunately, I cannot update the claim with any new info and the status of the claim keeps updating with 5 more days until a final decision. The case is solved but I cannot add any info, I have confirmation from DHL and also from the buyer.
Does anyone knows what can I do to add new info about the claim?
