I provided proof to PayPal that I did not receive the item I ordered and paid for and was denied the claim. My solution is to never use PayPal again. I lost $60 of hard earned money and cannot even dispute the denial. I have lived most of my life without PayPal just fine and you could probably do the same if you think about it.
