I am indignant, the ebay closed the case in my favor, because the buyer deceived me and sent back, in general, not what I sent to him, in the Czech Republic a criminal case is excited against him! Ebay knows about this and there are all documents about the initiation of a criminal case, an employee of Ebay told me that it is not possible to open the case in paypal! but as he could open this case, call the ebay and they will confirm the information to you!
Ebay also closed his account, as this is not a decent and not honest person

If you mean he has opened a case on paypal and the item you received back was not the same as the item sent then contact customer services and inform them of this OR add that information to the dispute via the 'messages to buyer' option that paypal may read once escalated.
