I have 26 significant chargebacks made against me under claims of unauthorised payments. I have spoken to the other party and cleared things up and they agreed it was a mistake and made the payments with their bank. PayPal refuse to answer any of my messages or tweets and I can’t get through on the phone due to Covid, they apparently aren’t staffing customer service. I’m now getting emails about them passing on my claims to debt collectors but PayPal are the ones holding the money? Absolutely no idea what to do about it now. TIA
