I've been using PayPal since 2014 for selling my service.
I got 7 transaction from a month ago and he chargeback me on purpose. I've tried to letting know PayPal that I can't provide my proof about this service cause the max file size I can attach on this transaction is bigger that its max file size (5mb). Its a video of me delivering the service.
PayPal don't even reply me how I can provide my proof of transaction, or at least give me a chance to explain more about this case, instead they closed my case without telling me HOW I CAN SHOW MY PROOF THAT BIGGER THAN ITS MAX FILE SIZE ON RESOLUTION CENTER.
This is so Irritating me, even more. Some of this transactions is only $5 and when PayPal close this case they charge another $10.
If this really happening, I'm gonna stop using this. PayPal is really one sided and I am dissapointed.
