Ive just sold an item to someone in china. Im worried about fraud as the buyer is new and has no feedback. Ive also just been warned about a chargeback but it says im covered with seller protection. Should i send the item or check with paypal first?

Hi Joshcha,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
When you receive a Goods/Services payment via PayPal it will advise you if you are eligible or ineligible for Seller Protection. If you are eligible for Seller Protection, it is a tangible item and you have shipped the item to the address provided by PayPal using a tracked delivery service then you would be covered. For more information on the Seller Protection Policy offered by PayPal please review this link - Seller Protection
