Hi there, Hoping someone can offer some advice! I sold a robot vacuum they paid with PayPal about 2 months later I received an email from PayPal that this was an unauthorised transaction and I had to provide details to see if I was eligible for seller protection. I provided the aus post receipt with the same postcode that was on the PayPal address also has tracking number on there and I have provided proof of delivery with their signature. When I look at the transaction it says it is an eligible transaction! But PayPal have now said The case has been in favour of the buyer! I dont understand I thought I had everything right! Help!!! What can I do?
