Friends and family payments can be can be reported as Unauthorized Payment (someone hacked into their account), or chargeback through their credit card successfully if their info was stolen and used to make this payment.

Friends and family payments are marked as Money Received and are not charged a PayPal fee. The general rule is that you must not ask for Friends and family payments in exchange for goods ands services as that would be fee avoidance, violates user agreement and negates your seller protection and purchase protection for the buyer.

Goods and services payments are indicated as Payment Received.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
