If I sell and item through PayPal and the money is on hold can the buyer chargeback after I’ve sent it

Hey Starkeyrhys,
Great question - a buyer has the right to dispute or chargeback a transaction at any point after it's initiated. You would need to send the item with tracking to qualify for Seller Protection. I hope this helps!
