Sold an iPhone 8 on eBay.. buyer bought it buy it now... paid on PayPal... messaged me asking if they could collect in person if not could I post to their work address (all messages on eBay) I agreed happy to do either then asked for my phone number to arrange... they then messaged me saying actually my work shifts have changed can I post to work address as per original eBay message... so I posted special delivery same day. Signed for by a different name (not who I had posted to) now buyer has issued a chargeback through their bank saying they didn’t authorise this payment? PayPal are being completely unhelpful just saying it’s now with the sellers bank to decided even though I have sent all the proof through to paypal... and PayPal have took the money back from me! So now the person HAS the phone AND their money back and I have neither!! Help what can I do?
