I sold 3 items (phones) to the same buyer with signature confirmation etc. The customer closed their eBay account and filed a charge back with their financial institution that they did not receive a return. I provided all evidence that the customer received the item to PayPal yet I lost the case with no reasons why. PayPal refuses to cover the charges under Seller protection although I have fulfilled all the requirements in the coverage policy. Has anyone come across this case before?
