I just received an e-mail SUPPOSEDLY from Pay-pal. It said "Changes to your account" that take effect May 07, 2019, and provided a link to view those changes. It also mentioned that if I did not agree with those changes, I could close my account before May 07. There is no way I am going to click on that link. I can find NO information here on PayPal about up-coming changes, so I am even more convinced that the e-mail is NOT from PayPal, but some kind of scam. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks.

You can check the email header to see the email address of who sent it, if it is fake or not. I have received such an emails for my accounts, it's official alright.
