If more detail is needed I will provide, but I'll try and keep it short. Small issue being sent a payment a few days back. Twice sent thru goods, refunded immediately by me as was meant to be instant. 3rd try was sent to nonexistent email. 4th correct. I used 150, no problem. Her bank files claim 2 days ago, puts hold on 3rd try, puts balance -150. Sent 120 making balance -30. I need that 120 today. PayPal says only claimant can lift hold before PayPal conducts review. Bank holiday today, unsure if can be resolved that way. Anything I can do to lift this hold myself?
