a friend of me sent me 35usd but randomely opened a case of unauthorized payment or transaction. the case was closed for less than 24 hours for him but for me the money is still on hold and the case is still under review. i tried contacting them on email and chatting with them but no customer support agents available. can anyone tell me what is going on ? can anyone help me release my money ?
