I sell used goods on a local classified ads website as a private person not a business, I regularly get asked to post items and I've heard that Paypal payments can be cancelled after the buyer gets the item or similar scams, can anyone explain how to avoid this?
I don't offer any returns or refunds in these private sales.
At present I prefer bank transfer payments which are non refundable but this puts buyers off as they think I might be a scammer.
