I'm selling a used PC for around 1500€
I'm not a shop and I'm selling it as private person
PC is perfect but warranty is expired
I was wondering if buyer after he receive the good and use for a week can give, in some way valuable for PayPal, a feedback that fevering is OK
The PC is in perfect condition and I'm afraid that after several months of use user he may open a dispute and claim for a refund
I will get a damaged PC back and lose my money

You need to read up on seller protection and then risk assess your transactions.
If you are not happy with the cover / buyer then sell cash on collection instead?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
