I just received a notification of a transaction that I did not authorize. It was through my PayPal debit card. The transaction is pending. I tried to report it but I got a message saying that I am unable to dispute it.
Is it because it is still pending?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
