Can't appeal a case that was wrongly disclosed

Hello Community,

 

I sent an item to a client, he was unsatisfied and supposed to send it back and get a full refund. He send it to a non-existing address, (not even in my country). Now he has my item  + money. (560$) I can't make an appeal, even though it isn't 1 day since the case has been closed.

Are there any solutions?
