Can't access dispute - not showing

One of my transactions from a client (which is in a pending balance) says there's an open dispute but it's not showing my Resolution Centre. I've been trying to chat to PayPal via messaging for three days but they don't read my problem properly and just keep telling me how to access the Resolution Centre then they close my chat, obviously can't call - not open due to COVID and I've tried to send a formal complaint but the form fails.
